Third Party Notification Form
If you are either 65 years of age or older or disabled and you own and occupy a 1,2, or 3 family residence, you may designate a consenting adult third party to receive duplicate copies of your tax bills. To designate a consenting adult third party to receive duplicate copies of your tax bills, this application must be completed and filed with the Commissioner of Finance.
Room Occupancy Remittance Form
Every hotel/motel operator shall file with the Commissioner of Finance a return of occupancy of rents and of the taxes payable thereon for the three-month periods ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. At the time of filing a return of occupancy and of rents, each operator shall pay to the Commissioner of Finance the taxes required.

You may authorize The City of White Plains, to initiate debit entries to your checking or money market account for the payment of property taxes each and every January, April, and July.
