Interest & Penalties:
If Not Paid Within the Month Due, Interest Will Be Added for Each Month or Part Thereof, That the Tax Remains Unpaid.
City, County, Sewer & Refuse Taxes - 1% per month.
School - 1% per month. If unpaid as of February 20, an additional penalty of 5% is applied to school tax plus interest.
Water - 1% per month. If unpaid as of June 30, water charges are automatically transferred to your tax account as a WATER TAX.
NOTE: Tax bills must be paid in full, including all interest/penalties due. Partial payments cannot be accepted. Tax receipts are available upon request.
Delinquent Notice Fee - $2.00 per notification.
