Requesting Records & Information
The Office of the City Clerk is the repository for the official proceedings / minutes of the Common Council of the City of White Plains, and serves as Records Access Officer for the Clerk’s Office as well as the Common Council. Requests for records may be submitted using the Freedom of Information Form. Requests for records from other departments should be submitted to the appropriate department directly.
