City of White Plains Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

2016-2017 Grant Year

 

The Community Development Program provides grants to local not-for-profit service agencies whose activities and programs support the goals and objectives of the White Plains Consolidated Plan and HUD National Objectives.  These include services that enhance and maintain our community and its residents by providing decent affordable housing, a suitable living environment and expansion of economic opportunities.
