Amendment to a previously approved site plan and Special Permit, to add a two (2) story, approximately 17,000 sq. ft. building to house a new sanctuary, classrooms, a nursery, restrooms, a kitchen and storage areas. Conservation Board letter to the Mayor and Members of the Common Council dated June 18, 2008.
Horton’s Mill Road Subdivision. Request by Lake Street Partners, LLC, for the City to accept the street right-of-way for dedication, public utility easements and covenants for the previously approved subdivision. Conservation Board letter to the Mayor and Members of the Common Council dated February 20, 2009.
North Street Community LLC and the Engel Burman Group. 305 North Street (formerly St. Agnes Hospital) Referral of a Management Plan submitted in conjunction with the site plan approval to construct an Assisted Living Facility in the Planned Senior Residential Development District. R1-5 (Residential One Family) Zoning. Revised retaining wall design. Conservation Board letter to the Planning Board dated March 19, 2010.
Beech Street Road Construction. Applicant: James Vanderheof. R2-4 and RM-1.5T Zoning Districts. Planning Board No. 221-10. The referral is based on the environmental features, steep slopes, present at the site. This has not yet formally referred to the Conservation Board.
