Public hearing opened and adjourned. The Board had no objection to building the project as originally proposed, but wants DPW comments addressed before approval.

                 No action taken. The applicant will meet with DPW to review technical issues.

                 The Board has no objection to approval of the Use Variance.

                 The Board recommends approval of the Special Permit for one year.
