PROJECT HOPE NEWSLETTER
Statistics show that more than half of high school students have tried an illegal drug before they graduated high school. Approximately 1.1 million children between the ages of 12 to 17 have taken a performance enhancing drug or sport supplement and 4.6 million teenagers are problem drinkers. In 2004, nearly one in five eighth graders used an inhalant.

This newsletter explains information on drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. We hope that it becomes a useful tool in explaining the negative effects of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco can have on your child's life.
