Project Hope provides prevention services aimed at reducing and eliminating the risk of youth becoming involved with illicit substances and from getting involved in other risky behaviors.

Project Hope provides free individual and group counseling services, a after school program for elementary age children, prevention education for all youth participating in the Youth bureau programs, parenting programs, and a comprehensive fitness program.  All programs are delivered by trained and highly qualified staff.

Strengthening Families Program

Hours
: Mondays, 6:00 -9:00 pm 
Eligibility
: White Plains Families with at least 1 child age 10-14 years
Program lasts 6-7 weeks.  There currently 3 cycles offered each year.

 

Boys & Girls Scouts
Scouting programs for both boys and girls are offered at several After School Program sites.  Scouting is a program led by adult volunteers.                                                                                         Site: 70 Ferris Ave., 86 DeKalb Ave., Slater Center After School Programs
