The Youth Employment Service (Y.E.S) at the City of White Plains Youth Bureau provides young people with invaluable opportunities to learn about the world of work, thanks in large part to collaboration with the local academic and business community.

Current Y.E.S. programs are designed to empower youth to identify their interests, define and reach their goals, and increase job readiness skills. Our youth explore careers and gain employment experience through visits to works sites, job shadowing, paid and unpaid internships.
