The assessor estimates the taxable value of real property in the City of White Plains. This value, commonly referred to as the assessed value, is the taxable base for every property, both residential and commercial, within the city.

THE TENTATIVE ROLL IS - JANUARY 1ST OF EVERY YEAR.

THE FINAL ROLL IS - MARCH 1ST OF EVERY YEAR.

THE GRIEVANCE PERIOD IS -  JANUARY 1ST -21ST OF EVERY YEAR.

ALL EXEMPTIONS ARE PROCESSED FROM APRIL 1ST - DECEMBER 1ST OF EVERY YEAR.
