Existing permit holders will NOT be required to complete an annual application form or to submit proof of residency (if applicable) for permits effective July 1, 2020. In addition to purchasing permits at the usual garage office location, permit holders may renew permits by mail. To renew by mail send a check made out to "City of White Plains" in the appropriate dollar amount to: City of White Plains, Department of Parking, 255 Main Street - Annex Building, White Plains, NY 10601. Please include the permit stub attached to your permit or include current permit information. Your permit will be mailed back to you. Please allow enough time for mail delivery.
