Con Edison recommends, If you are a customer with Life Support Equipment needs please make sure you are on notice with Con Edison for such service needs. If you have not already registered please complete their Safety for Special Customers form and return it to Con Edison for future storms.
Con Edison is working to restore power as soon as possible and encourages residents who use medical equipment to register with Con Edison in case of power outages. Including those residents who do not receive a bill directly from Con Edison.

Con Edison recommends the Elderly, Blind and Disabled residents contact and register with their Senior Direct representatives at 800-404-9097, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5PM.
