The City is recovering from the effects of Henri. Garbage pick-up is proceeding on the normal schedule. The Library is open for its regular hours, 10 am - 9 pm. Parks are open, but pools & tennis courts remain closed today. The Community Center will be closed until further notice.
All roads are open. The Central Westchester Parkway has been re-opened.
All streets have been cleared of obstructions.
