The Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician
course will prepare you to earn the CompTIA A+ certification. The course provides hands-on instruction, covering the skills required to assemble, refurbish, upgrade, configure and troubleshoot personal computers. The skills you will gain will give you a clear understanding of network, hardware, security, software, server, virtualization, management, as well as troubleshooting mobile devices.
