We are aiming to have significant Section 3 local workforce participation, prioritizing Winbrook/ Brookfield Commons Residents, local low-income residents, White Plains residents, community partners, and companies as well as certified MWBE and Veteran owned firms in the construction of the project.

THE BROOKFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF: The creation of a new and vibrant development to enhance the existing Winbrook community without displacing current residents. • The current phase, Brookfield Commons Phase II, will be comprise of a nine story, 129 unit, 140,000 SF, mixed income residence.
