NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of White Plains Draft 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for a 30-day public review and comment period beginning April 1, 2025. A digital copy of the draft plan has been released and is available at cityofwhiteplains.com/PlansReports. Copies of the draft plan are also available at the White Plains Planning Department, the Thomas H. Slater Center, the White Plains Public Library, and El Centro Hispano.
