White Plains Affordable Home Ownership Program (AHOP):
The purpose of the AHOP is to ensure that the City remains an economically diverse community by expanding ownership opportunities to moderate income households. Units are set aside for families with family income between 80% and 120% of Median Family Income for Westchester County.
Monthly housing costs for ownership units is to be no more than 35% of gross annual income and is determined by family and unit size.
